As with much of the world we having to deal with the various delays to the shipping of parcels due to the ongoing global issues.
We greatly appreciate each and every one of our customers, and can only apologize to those having longer to wait for a delivery than normal at this time of the year.
The shutting down of transport from the UK to many countries in the world which started this past weekend has unfortunately caused further delays. At the time of writing there are very few options for getting parcels out of the UK, and deliveries within the UK are still facing significant delays.
As a new company it has been heartwarming to receive so many messages of support and understanding from our valued customers at this unprecedented time.
Our ever expanding network of retail partners will be delighted to serve you as and where they can for all your darting needs, and especially with Loxley products. Many of them are operating under local restrictions but are working round the clock to maintain their high level of customer service.
